At Clarks India, we strive to ensure your footwear fits perfectly, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 15 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your Clarks India account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Item
Place the unused footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your provided address within 2-3 business days to perform a quick quality check and pick up the package.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
